		<description>POOR CONDITION OF WAITING AREAS IN FRONT OF PROPERTY                 REGISTRATION OFFICES (Sub Registrars)

On an average, each Sub Registrar Office inDelhi deals with cases of
Registration of Sale Deeds,Agreement to Sell POA,Wills and various
other documents . Approximate, 300 to 400 persons visit the office of Sub Registrar.On an average, a person has to wait for 3 to 4 hours to get his job done.

During waiting period, one gets experience of hell. There is no adequate sitting place. Old people and women have to stand for hours. 
Either fans are not there and where fans are fitted, these are not working. Sanitation conditions are horrible and scare a person for 
visiting again. In the summer season,there is no arrangement for drinking water. Firstly there is no bath room\urinal and if it        exists somewhere, the stink scares you from visiting.

Now when Govt of Delhi has increased the  circle rates and registration charges for each and every type of document, crores of Rs are being credited in the treasury of Govt.

Now the question arises as to who will look after the welfare of persons who are contributing their hard earned money to the Revenue 
of Govt of Delhi.Certainly it is the moral duty of Delhi Government.
I pray to Hon&#039;ble Chief Minister SMT Shiela Dixit, Hon&#039;ble Revenue 
Minister, Mr Chauhan and Respected Dy Commissioners of the Districts 
to conduct a surprise visit to the offices of Sub Registrars and 
see the horrible conditions  which citizens are undergoing
and take suitable remedial action as deemed fit and appropriate by 
them.

Certainly, it will be a step in right direction for providing good services to the citizens of India and it will also add feather in the cap of Govt. of Delhi and all senior functionaries.</description>

Modal Residential tenancy act.2011 will be a boon &quot;A tenancy without Tension in the mind of the tenants and landlords&quot; and will establish good relation among both the parties maximum 1% of the tenants pay the rent at the old rates and for the sake of these tenants, the houseless persons more than 30 billions faces the housing problem. The old tenants generally file the false suits with the Rent Controller, who only gives the date and does nothing and takes 10 to 15 year to reach   an ambiguous decision. the poor landlord, who get constructed the house with hard savings are compelled to sell their houses to the cunning tenants at a negligible amount .the counsels of both sides cheat their clients and try to make the judiciary corrupt. The Modal Residential Act.2011 will check the present corrupt practices .It is the famous proverb about the Indian Courts that JAWANI MAN COURT JATEY HAIN OR BUDHAPAY TAK VAKIS NAHI CHHODTAY HAI. SAREY KAPDEY OR JUTEY TAK UTAR LETEY HAI. i.e. The tenants /landlords files the case with rent controller in young age and cases are not decided till old age and both the parties looses every thing and goes into the pockets of counsels ,touts,perokars,munshies and the employees of the judiciary. Therefore the present Rent control Act should be replaced by new one which checks the above said mal-practices and gives the fair return of the property to landlord and comfort to tenant up to certain period.</description>

		<description>I think the demand continues to be strong. All our projects are selling well. I have also not heard anybody say what you mentioned. There might be some price corrections in certain market from the very high levels they had reached. But, overall, there continues to be strong demand.

Ofcourse, if there is talk that the prices are going to come down, if more and more people discuss such a thing then people do stay away from the markets for a short while</description>
