Neev Group rolls out affordable homes in Mumbai

pic no.a137Mumbai-based real estate developer; Neev Homes, unveiled its new residential project “Neev Bellevue” at Malad in Mumbai. This new project is strategically being developed to cater to the growing demand of home buyers in the mid-income segment in the suburban region of the city.

Speaking to the media, Hemal Jain, Business Development Head of Neev Homes said, “Hereafter, our focus for developing residential projects has primarily been in the South Mumbai region. With the burgeoning of the northern suburban market in Mumbai, we have strategically planned to expand our presence with our initial offering to be developed in Malad. The factors fueling this demand are largely the fact it is a key hub for the IT/BPO industry in Mumbai and has generated innumerable employment opportunities over the past few years.”

Sprawling across an area of 45000 sq ft, the 15 storeys “Neev Bellevue” offers amenities like a well equipped health club, a visitor’s lounge, a fully furnished society office, an intercom system and CCTV surveillance for the safety and security of the residents and beautifully landscaped gardens etc. It will comprise of a total of 35 apartment units of which 32 apartments will be 2 BHK and 3 Duplex Flats of 3 BHK ranging from 800 sq ft to 1500 sq ft.

It will also include podium and stilt parking, a car lift and two passenger lifts of reputed make, solar panels and a water harvesting facility.
