    I feel the project is good and worth investing in.

    I live in Faridabad and have been observing the property market for some time and have analysed other prominent projects in Faridabad as well.

    However, I came to know that a lot of other companies are either delaying the project for some reason or the other or extorting money which they are using in their other projects

    Plus the infrastructure in the Neharpar area will take a year or two to be in place.

    Taksila Gardens though has a lot of plus points going for it, Like:

    - Good connectivity to 3 highways / main roads i.e. FNG, NH-2 and By-pass road
    - Vicinity to exisiting sectors
    - Vicinity to proposed metro station
    - Ackruti City being one of their partners
    - Their other project, Taksila Heights in Gurgaon is under construction and on track
    - They’ve got most of the documentation and approvals in place
    - Vicinity to IMT

    There’s however one thing which can probably go against it and that is the distance from Delhi. It is about 4 km more from delhi as compared to some of the other projects, though not a huge concern.

    Overall, I feel I’d go with it.
