THE PROJECT THEY ARE PIGGY BACKING ON IS CENTRAL PARK 1 WHICH BEING A PROJECT OF ITS KIND BROUGHT IN THE SAMPLE APARTMENT CONCEPT WITH SPANISH FURNITURE…BUT IT WAS CONCEIVED AND PREPARED BY MAHINDRAS WHO ARE A NAME IN THEMSELVES.THE BAKSHIS WHO WRE LANDOWNERS GOT VERY GREEDY AND REALISED THEY NOT CONTRIBUTED AT all in such a benchmarking project.THEY GOT GREEDY AND TOOK AWAY THE CLUB AND THE MAIN ENTRACE AREA AND TRIED TO RESTRICT THE RESIDENTS TO THE INNER AREAS BY PUTTING BARRIERS BUT THE RESIDENTS PROTESTED AND THE BARRIERS WERE LIFTED.THE BARRIERS ARE NOT THERE BUT THE CLUB IS RUN BY BAKSHIS WHO CHARGE THE RESIDENTS A GOOD AMOUNT WHICH IS IN CONTRAVENTION OF THE ORIGINAL OFFER AND THE MAIN BEAUTIFUL ENTRANCE POND AREA IS HELD BY BAKSHI WHO IS TRYING TO MAKE A GUEST HOUSE ETC HERE.SO GUYS THE LESSON LEARNT?//

they are copycats and have copied the tata raisina design by aedes for their ever addition project..
Guys beware..ask any central park 1 guy..need i say more..
