Omaxe ,the leading realty firm has got a Rs 57.2 crore contract from the Air Force Naval Housing Board to develop a housing colony at Meerut, in Uttar Pradesh. The contract to construct a 10-acre housing colony was awarded to Omaxe Infrastructure & Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Omaxe.

In a company statement said,“The contract, which involves development and construction of the residential colony, is pegged at Rs 572 million,”.The colony will comprise of 365 dwelling units and with a total construction area of five lakh sq ft, the project is proposed to be completed within 2 years of commencement of construction.

Also earlier, Omaxe bagged a contract to construct the new complex of the famous AIIMS at Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. At present, Omaxe Infrastructure & Construction has an order book of Rs 822.52 crore.
