Bookings for new project by Trishul Builders

tr Trishul Builders,Pune based firm,have opened bookings for their luxury project, named, ‘TK Palaces’, within the city.

There are 64 villas and bungalows for a price tag of Rs 10-35 crore. The smallest bungalow will have 10,000 sq ft of space for itself, while the biggest onewill have 35,000 sq ft, with 75 per cent being the built-up area.

To justify the hefty price tag, the company will provide a host of facilities and services including servants quaters, personal swimming pool, recreational activities including horse riding, golf and tennis.

The company has spent Rs 750 crore for the project, and has used 30 acres worth Rs 200 crore from its 500 acre landbank.

The company has started its global marketing campaign, and will be looking for high-end customers from India and abroad.

”We are looking at high-end customers who are looking for the lifestyle they want with value for money. A flat in a prime location in Mumbai will cost anywhere between Rs 20-25 crore whereas our villas and bungalows will give so much more for their investment,” according to a top official.

He also said that,Customers will have to pay 30 per cent of the price as downpayment, and 70 per cent as per progress.
