The daily need market is also adjacent to the complex gate.
The Kolkata realty company promises convenience, comfort and luxury, which everyone looks for in his new house. Merlin says it will give all of it.

While the 2BHK apartments will cover an area of 1, 0561,060 sq ft, the 3BHK one will have a covered area of 1,2601,971 sq ft and 4BHK units will have 1,865-2,676 sq ft area. The price range is Rs 3,050 per sq ft to Rs 4,115 per sq ft.
The Merlin spokesman said the 2 BHK flats would come with a price tag of Rs 36 lakh-Rs 43.6 lakh, the 3 BHK flats would be priced at Rs 42 lakh Rs 76.7 lakh and the 4 BHK would carry a price range between Rs 60.5 lakh and Rs 87.3 lakh. The complex will have ground coverage of only 22 per cent, while balance 78 per cent will be kept open to sky.
The Pioneer Property official claimed the other advantage of this complex is that the apartments will be available for possession by the end of 2010.
