Logix enters residential housing segment
The Noida-headquartered Logix Group, which has established more than 25 IT and ITeS parks over 4 million sq ft in and around Noida, has come up with its first residential project Blossom County. The residential complex at sector 137 in Noida will offer 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK apartments and penthouses.
Having developed 25 IT and ITeS parks and offered them to hundreds of clients, we realised that there was a captive demand from among the employees of the occupants in these parks. We then came up with the idea of putting up a residential complex, Shakti Nath, managing director, Logix Group, told FC Estate.
The company has developed projects like Logix Infotech Park, Logix Cyber Park, Logix Techno Park, Logix Technova, Logix Galaxia, Logix Park, Logix Utopia, among others.
Office space, IT and ITeS Park will continue to be our forte in the years to come. But there will be more residential projects from our stable. This is just the beginning. We will primarily concentrate around the national capital region NCR and then move to other suitable places, as and when opportunities come up, said Nath.
Logix Blossom County will offer amenities like clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, outdoor games facilities, squash court, lawn tennis court, steam, sauna, Jacuzzi and Yoga Park, he said.
It has joint venture agreements with Citi Property Investors Mauritius, Alpha Real Capital of the UK, and Taib Capital ACACIA of Bahrain. It has also developed the largest green building IT park of India and a world class IT SEZ in the heart of Noida.
We will utilise this vast experience and expertise of our partners in our maiden residential project, so that it stands out, Nath said. The beach pool, for one, will be the first of its kind in any residential project in the country.
Spread over 25 acre, the 17 towers of Blossom County will house more than 2,700 apartments of different sizes ranging between 920 sq ft and 3,000 sq ft. The uniqueness of this project is that all the apartments will have a 360 degree view of the greens and the ground floor apartments will come with attached private lawns, Nath said.
Some of the other features include rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment, solar lighting at the landscape, festivity congregation centre, golf putting greens, exotic flower and butterfly park and orchard. There will also be shuttle services from the nearest Metro station.
The apartments will come at a base price of Rs 2,875 per sq ft, plus car parking fee, club membership and extra charges for preferential location ranging between Rs 25 per sq ft and Rs 150 per sq ft. Said Nath This is going to be a special project for us also in more than one way.
Therefore, we have decided to carry out some of our social responsibilities through this project. Rs 5,000 for every 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats sold and Rs 10,000 for every 4 BHK and penthouse sold will go to organisations like CRY, Helpage and UNICEF.
