The Yamuna Expressway Authority has declared that residential plots are going to be developed in the area near the Noida to Yamuna Agra Expressway under the Yamuna Expressway Authority Residential Scheme. It has been declared that there are going to be many other projects under this scheme. The plots start from 1000 square meters to about 4000 square meters and are all residential. They are distributed along the Night Safari, Formula 1 racing track and the University. The plots have been introduced by the Yamuna Expressway Authority Industrial Development Scheme.

 The details of the distribution of the plots have been released by the Chairman of the Yamuna Expressway Authority, Lalit Srivastav earlier this year. Mr. Srivastav said that under the Yamuna Expressway Authority Residential Scheme, a total of 4,350 plots have been allotted.He said that the bigger plots ate going to be allotted on both sides of the highway. The total area of the scheme will be over 19 kilometers, stretching from greater Noida to Noloni Shahpur.

The draw results of the Yamuna Expressway Authority Residential Scheme was declare on Tuesday, November 17. The Yamuna Expressway Authority has introduced the plots in the Sector20 area. Each plot costs around 4,750 rupees per square meter. The plots will be available in eight installments. A number of other projects have also been proposed or are under construction like the Formula 1 racetrack. The plots are likely to be a good investment as they are in a prime position. They are very near the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and Phari Chowk in Greater Noida. They are also very near the proposed site for the Formula 1 racetrack.
