Parsvnath Hotels Ltd, a subsidiary of Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL), India’s leading real estate and infrastructure company, has received 5-star category approval from the tourism ministry for hotel its project at Patto Plaza in Panaji. The hotel is expected to be operational by 2010-end. The project is being developed on an area of approximately 3,150.20 square metres. The hotel, which is to offer 125 rooms and suites, would also have a coffee shop, multi-cuisine as well as specialty restaurants, a bar and a few shops coupled with all amenities. Strategically located in the hub of the business district in Goa, the proposed hotel complex is in close proximity of City Centre in Panaji and just 35 km from Dabolim Airport in south Goa.
